Cal looks at the invasion of The Ukraine through the question that he’s been focusing on in healthcare: How can we eliminate the problem before it happens? As it turns out, there may have been a way to avoid the carnage almost 20 years ago with some innovative thinking that could’ve put the The Ukraine in a very different place. We’ll never know. But Cal throws out an example of using the question and some innovative thinking to eliminate our problems in all aspects of life before they happen.
